Can I collect and return the games myself?

Yes, we do offer self-collection and returns on selected games. Hire period is either Friday - Monday, or Monday- Friday. We are located in Wembley Downs, WA.

I have an event outside of Perth, can I hire the games?

We may be able to provide delivery services outside of the Perth metro area, please enquire with your date and location.

How big are your games?

Please go to our GAMES page on this site to see measurements and packing size of each game.

How do I secure my booking?

• Simply email us to confirm your interest in booking games with us and we will send you an invoice with all the finer details.  

• We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to be made to secure the games for your booking date. 

• The outstanding amount must be made one-week prior to your hire date

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made via email to us on info@perthgardengames.com and the following refund conditions apply;

• Initial deposit of $100 is non-refundable after 7 days.

• Cancelled with >30 days notice up to the booking date: any balance paid over initial deposit will be refunded.

• Cancelled between 29-5 days prior to booking date: 50% of total paid over initial deposit will be refunded.

• Cancelled 5 days prior to booking date: No refund.

Things to consider!

• If you are having these games at a venue, then please speak with the venue for permission of PERTH GARDEN GAMES to set up. Some venues may have restrictions on games that dig into lawn and hence you may not be allowed to set up games like Croquet or Chess.

• Ensure you organise substantial space for the games and consult the games descriptions and measurements.

• If you intend to play the games on any surface other than lawn, please consult PERTH GARDEN GAMES to ensure it is safe for the games, venue and guests to play. We can provide turf mats etc in most cases to ensure safety.

• Please try and reduce the amount of drinks that are consumed in the area around the games - we don't enjoy trying to get split red wine out of Jenga blocks!

 

My event is indoors, can I still hire your games?

Yes you can! We have lots of games that are suitable for indoors, and also can provide options that protect flooring for games inside. Simply ask us about it.

What if there is rough weather?

Our games can withstand some weather conditions. However, if you have organised an outdoor setting but the weather circumstances are not suitable (eg: strong wind, heavy rain etc) then we will ask that you allow the set up of the games in a more suitable, protected location. This is to protect the games, yourselves and the venue. Its also not as fun to play lawn games in the rain!
